How many ads or job postings can I place? Unlimited. We will accept applicants from any and all locations as long as you can send them a copy of the link.

How many qualifications can I investigate?There are three basic plans. We will accept all demographic information as well as education and area of expertise on all plans. The first plan will allow you to track four qualifications, the second plan will allow you seven and finally the third plan will allow up to fifteen. The third plan requires two entry pages.

What happens if we do not find a perfect match. You will be able to view all of the candidates that apply for the job. This will be available in spread sheet format.

How many resumes can I accept?Our basic plan will give you up to the first 100, Standard Plan is 200 and the Executive Plan is 300. After that, we will accept resumes up to and through 30 days. These extra resumes will be available on a per resume charge. In the event you want to accept resumes for an ongoing search, we will bid on this with you directly or you can extend your search period by 30 days.

How long will I be able to track incoming resumes?We will leave your database up for thirty days. After that time unless you contact us, it will automatically be removed from the active system.

Can I automatically have applicants screened as a good job match at the same time as I screen their qualifications?Yes, this will add approximately 30 minutes to the time to fill out the application for the candidate

What happens if I do not find a candidate in the first 30 days?We will allow you to extend your search an additional thirty days. The cost will be $99.00.
