Many companies want to know if they are hiring someone with the correct educational credentials. We ask them to tell us the area of expertise in which they graduated. If you are hiring an engineer, you do not want them to have a liberal arts degree.

Finally, you customize the qualification section the applicant completes. You tell us what the applicant qualification is and the minimum amount of experience/ time they need to do the job. They choose the number of years experience they report on their resume, and verify it with their place of employment and the year they worked there. We report this back to you.
