This fit into our already growing Screening business designed to help hiring managers take the guesswork and bias out of hiring process. Many business owners and presidents would be alarmed to know how their hiring dollars are being misspent.

We are an authorized distributor of Target Training Institute and we are certified to resell and distribute their Trimetrix system as well as all of their highly researched products and services. Finally, ABD was started in 1999 by Jim Fagan. He is an author, speaker, trainer and now Internet Job Specialist helping businesses to grow and thrive as never before. He was one of the first to post a job search site on the Internet in 1996 to help job seekers search and reply to jobs both on the Internet and the classifieds. Jim is the most recent President of the National Human Resources Association Tri-Valley Chapter, Northern California and a current board member, and, Past President of the TVHRA of Pleasanton California. He also has 30+ years of experience in General Management, Sales and Marketing and Organizational Development.
